Taking Attendance in InFellowship Portal (online)
Solution

To take attendance as a group leader, follow these steps:

  1. From within NBCC (InFellowship), Click Your Groups
  2. Select group
  3. Click Attendance tab
  4. Click Enter Attendance
  5. Choose meeting on date
  6. Optionally, choose Add your new event
  7. Select check box beside attendees
  8. Click Save attendance

Solution

Group leaders can edit or correct past attendance records. To edit the attendance for a specific date, follow these steps:

  1. From within InFellowship, click Your Groups
  2. Select group
  3. Click Attendance tab
  4. Choose attendance date
  5. Click Edit attendance
  6. Edit necessary attendance
  7. Click Save attendance

Solution

As a group leader, your groups in InFellowship will be configured by the church a number of different ways. One of the methods is to enable editing of your group details. If this has been enabled by church staff, you will be able to edit the details of your group. To learn how to edit your group details, follow these steps:

  1. Sign into InFellowship
  2. Click Your Groups
  3. Click necessary group
  4. Click Dashboard
  5. Click View Settings under Actions
  6. Click Edit beside necessary details
  7. Click Save

Solution

As a group type admin, you can add people to a group from the Fellowship One Portal. To add people to a group, follow these steps:

  1. Click Groups > Groups by Group Type > View all
  2. Select group
  3. Click Add a person
  4. Search for individual
  5. Select Leader or Member
  6. Click Save or Save and add another
